Our department faculty member gave a conference in Indonesia

Ömer Solak, faculty member of our department, gave a conference on "linguistic diversity and sociolinguistics" at Indonesia's Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, where he worked as part of a TUBITAK research project. The conference, prepared by the Sundanese Language and Literature department within the Faculty of Language and Literature Education of the university, was followed with great interest by the lecturers and students of the department. The conference ended with a question and answer session and a souvenir photo shoot.
