Orientation Training was Held For The First Year Students of Our Department

Orientation training was held for the first year students of the Department of Geography, Social Studies and Turkish Education. Speaking at the orientation training on 18.10.2024, Head of the Department Prof. Dr. Okan YAŞAR first introduced the Faculty of Education and the Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education. Subsequently, he made detailed explanations about the department's double major and graduate programmes, Education and Examination Regulations, course contents and access to course contents, courses and exams, academic honesty, social transcript, accreditation, international exchange programmes, library and campus 7/24. After the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Muhammet ERAT, Head of the Department of Social Studies Education and Prof. Dr. Rüştü ILGAR, Head of the Department of Geography Education made explanations on various topics. Lecturers of our department also attended the meeting. The meeting ended with wishes and wishes.
